The Easy Way To Do Business

KISS….. "Keep It Simple Stupid"

Being the owner of a small office complex, I was amazed at the cost and inefficiency for listing a small, classified word ad for “commercial office space for rent” in the local newspaper and the limited circulation of the newspaper. The ads are expensive due to their daily charges, are limited in information space, hard to locate in the classified section, and usually abbreviated due to the cost of every word in the newspaper’s so called “column inch”.

The large majority of newspaper readership today quickly scans the front headline section for national and local news, and the front of the sports or financial page.  Of course, this is only accomplished after the numerous inserts fall out from the remaining paper, which consists of up to 85% advertising to start with.

A more efficient and effective option for information dispersion and collection is available. The vast majority of people today get up-to-date information, questions answered, phone numbers or directions via the Internet within seconds.

With this in mind, I determined it was time for a more efficient national system for owners and business people to get or provide the detailed information they need to better utilize both parties time and resources. This system utilizes the KISS principle – Keep It Simple, Stupid. With this method, detailed information would be provided so better informed business decisions could be made in less time. The cost, if any, would be minimal so users would get the biggest bang for the buck. The site would be simple but powerful, contain more detail, and serve more people. Pages would be uncluttered and easy to use, with a picture in the AD if desired, and using larger print. There would be no pop-up ads, moving banners, talking animation, miner cookies, selling email addresses or postal junk mail.

The OFFICEADS.Com site:

Anyone can search and view all listings within the site without registering.

The site consists of 5 listing areas where the following can be entered by the owner, responsible party, manager or realtor with enough room for detailed item information and contact information:

1. Office space for rent.
2. Warehouse space.
3. Artisan space for the trade contractors.
4. Storage (public) space for the general public.
5. Land of 20 or more acres for sale.

The site will also allow you to be notified via email if anyone posts a listing matching your requirements in one of the 5 category areas. The offerings may be searched by state, local area or town/city.

In addition, the site will also advise you of your ad's expiration date along with notification to renew or delete. Auto Notify alerts you of new listing via email notice based on your choice of State, Zip code using the first 3 numbers or the Zip code using all 5 numbers.

• State will advise of listing within the state chosen.
• Zip code search using the first 3 numbers will provide listings in an area.
• Zip code search using the first 5 numbers will provide a listing in your town or city.

Registered users will have the ability to add or edit a listing, add a picture, change comments, extend or delete the listing in any of the 5 advertising areas.

COST & Length of the AD:

There are minimal costs required for certain advertising options in order to host and maintain the site, as well as analyzing where changes should be made for the common good of all users and the site as a whole. Space on the site will not be rented to parties in order to bombard you with pop-ups and the like, as your time is valuable and we respect that.

1. Office space listing is free and your AD runs for 6 months.
2. Warehouse is $10.00 (US) and your AD runs for 12 months.
3. Artisan space is free and your AD runs for 6 months.
4. Storage space for the public is $10.00 (US) and your AD runs for 12 months.
5. Land (must be 20 or more acres) is $10.00 (US) and your AD runs for 12 months.

As part of offering and providing customizable and personalized services, the Officeads.com sites may use cookies to store and sometimes track information about you for site administration and notification. The primary goal of Officeads.com in collecting personal information is to provide you, the user, with a customized experience and to assist your navigation throughout the Officeads.com site.

Officeads.com, Officeads.com, LLC, its officers, owners or agents will not knowingly provide or offer to sell this information to interested parties. The exception would be, as required by federal or state law involving an investigation against a certain party or parties.
